Maryland Trip - Day 8 - Coming Home

Tuesday was such a sad day, it was the day we had to come back to our regular lives. No more dinners with Mom and Dad, and no more cool sights to see. Our entire morning was spent packing, and Mom and Dad were being summoned back to regular life. Dad had an appointment in Baltimore, and Mom had to work half a day. I didn't take any pictures this day, I had the end of vacation blues. the trip home went very smooth and we landed in Utah without a problem. It felt good to be back in familiar territory, but it was sad that all the familiar things came with it, like work. Everyone was tired after the long trip home. Despite how beautiful the East coast is, I was reminded on the way home, that Utah is beautiful in it's own special way, as I was greeted by a wonderful sunset over Willard Bay. There were all kinds of colors in the sky, and I am sure there were some that I didn't see or saw the wrong color (dang color-blindness).

We had a wonderful trip, and had so much fun hanging out with Mom and Dad. It was comforting to me to see them living happily. I don't deal well with unknowns. We loved the scenery, and the time with family. I don't know if we will ever be able to make it back again, so we are extremely grateful for the opportunity to go. THANKS MOM & DAD! AKA. Grandma and Grandpa.
